Assistant Vice President - Infrastructure and Support

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analysing data trends and preparing reports to guide decision-making, including those related to enterprise infrastructure initiatives.
- Work at an advanced level with spreadsheet software and analytical tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate contract management activities and related matters, ensuring documentation and processes comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the coordination of internal and external audits for the real estate portfolio, ensuring audit findings are addressed and reported to the relevant authority.
- Assist in implementing risk management measures to ensure compliance with KWAP’s policies and guidelines.
- Support the development, monitoring, and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and organizational strategies.
- Assist in the development and management of enterprise infrastructure programs, including planning and execution of system migrations and integration of internal and external solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to the VP on key milestones and issues.
- Support efforts to maintain the culture, values, and organizational design required to achieve strategic objectives while managing structural change.
- Provide coordination and guidance to teams on policy interpretation and operational best practices.
- Assist in overseeing access control and administration of enterprise systems to ensure security, integrity, and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in estate management, land economics, accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
- Relevant exposure to the management and reporting of subsidiaries and/or real estate investments is an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in enterprise infrastructure projects (e.g., system migrations, technology upgrades)
- Skilled in business process review and enhancement, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet tools
- Familiar with compliance, audit, and contract management processes
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
