Responsibilities

1. Training Programme Design

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs, provide advisory on training solutions, and recommendations on the appropriate training based on employees’ learning needs.
 

2. Training Administration

•Manage the end-to-end administration of external training programmes, including application processing, vendor registration, payment coordination, record maintenance, and compliance with organisational requirements.

 

3. Relationship Management

•Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing information on training programmes, training-related entitlements and eligibilities, addressing inquiries, and ensuring stakeholder’s expectations.

 

4. Vendor Management

•Manage relationships with training providers and coordinate participant registrations, attendance, programme completion, invoicing, payment and related administrative matters for external training programmes.

 

5. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

•Maintain and update the LMS with current training schedules, materials, and employee progress reports.
•Advise and facilitate learning journeys with programme owners to meet employees’ learning needs.

 

6. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

•Collect feedback from participants, heads of departments and functions, to continuously improve external training selection.
•Provide relevant recommendations based on the training attended.

 

7. Graphic Illustration and Design

•Design posters and email teasers, such as for in-house programmes, KWAP’s familiarisation programmes, knowledge-sharing sessions and others Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives.

 

8. Data Analysis and Reporting

•Analyse training data and generate detailed reports that provide insights into the effectiveness of training initiatives, budget utilisation, training records, highlight areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making for future training strategies.

 

9. Compliance and Record Keeping

•Ensure all internal training is compliant with regulatory requirements, guidelines, and standard operating procedures, and maintain detailed records of training participation and certification.

 

10. Training Need Analysis

•Conduct training need analysis by engaging with internal stakeholders, analyse the input, and prepare annual training plan for the organisation.

 

Key Requirements

1.Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Education, Social Sciences, Finance, or any related field.
2.Minimum three (3) years of experience in training administration or similar role will be an added advantage.
3.Strong project management and organisational skills.
4.Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
5.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
