Key Responsibilites
1. Project Management
- Monitor and manage project deliverables, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and reporting related to project progress and outcomes.
- Support efforts to enhance the customer journey and experience through data-driven insights and feedbacks.
- Identify areas for improvement in retirement experience and propose actionable solutions.
- Ensure alignment of project activities with organisational objectives and the overall Retirement Services Excellence vision.
2. Strategic Collaboration & Communications
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments to support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
- Facilitate strategic communication of Retirement Services Excellence goals and initiatives to ensure consistent understanding and engagement across the organisation.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to promote transparency, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Assist in the implementation of projects by coordinating efforts between departments and ensuring strategic alignment.
3. Data Analysis
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure performance, and generate insights for project decisions.
- Translate customer feedbacks and operational data into actionable recommendations to improve service delivery and experience.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategy and other related fields. Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project coordination, strategic planning, or related roles, preferably in a cross-functional or corporate environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects across departments ensuring alignment with organisational goals and customer experience strategies.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management platforms (such as Trello and MS Project), and data analysis tools (such as Excel and Power BI). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, frameworks, and metrics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in data interpretation and reporting, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
