A talent development and placement programme by KWAP under the BAKAT MADANI initiative.

KWAP Katalyst is KWAP’s contribution to BAKAT MADANI, a national initiative that brings together Government-Linked Investment Companies and Government-Linked Companies to strengthen employability, expand access to meaningful career opportunities and develop Malaysia’s future-ready workforce.

Through KWAP Katalyst, KWAP aims to provide structured training and placement opportunities throughout 2026 and 2027, within KWAP and through selected strategic partners.

Participants will gain hands-on workplace exposure, structured learning, coaching and mentoring, as well as professional development opportunities designed to strengthen their industry readiness, employability, and long-term career prospects.

The programme welcomes eligible Malaysians who demonstrate a commitment to learning, a willingness to grow and the potential to contribute meaningfully in the workplace.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Malaysian citizen
• Aged 18 years and above
• Possesses SPM, Diploma, Degree, TVET certificate or equivalent qualification
• Meets the requirements of the relevant placement opportunity
